Born and raised in Houston, being a local resident for over 30 years allowed me to learn all areas of my large city and this is what ultimately became the foundation for my real estate market knowledge. My focus is to help clients achieve their goals while educating so they are fully informed to make the best decision for what they want to achieve. Our mission does not stop there because animal needs closely follow our clients. Woodrow was my first rescue pup and he's now one of five total. My house has no shortage of wet kisses, barking, and tail wags. It goes without saying that Rescue & Real Estate are my passion. I relocated to Cypress, Texas from St. Paul, Minnesota with my husband and our cats in September of 2017 to be near the ocean and enjoy balmier weather. I love exploring Houston and the beautiful neighborhoods that surround the city. Prior to becoming an agent, I worked for 15+ years in the payroll industry which means I am good with paperwork and used to keeping up with changing laws and regulations. I look forward to helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process. As I am a recent transplant to Houston, I would bring my experience in relocating to others moving to our vibrant city. I am proud to be an agent with Woodrow Realty where real estate meets animal rescue. A donation to a local animal rescue is made with every closing.

I am a proud Houstonian; I have lived in Houston nearly my whole life and love my city and its people. With Houston being one of the most diverse cities in the country, I hope to use my bilingual skills to better serve my multicultural clients. My name is Bolonda Wilcox Dumas. I was born and raised in Houston Texas. I am an alumni of Ashford University where I obtained my Master in Business Finance and Healthcare Administration. Entrepreneurship has always been my dream, and real estate has allowed me to flourish in it while helping others to Fulfill their dreams of home ownership. I hold three designations that I earned from the Houston Association of Realtors. They are MRP(Military Relocation Professional), CLP(Certified Listing Professional), and ABR(Accredited Buyer Representative).

I was born in La Roman, Dominican Republic. When I six years old, my family immigrated first to New Jersey and then to Texas. We returned to the Dominican Republic when I was ten. In 2000, we returned to Texas, where I grew up in Southeast Houston. After so much moving, I am happy to call Houston my home! Prior to entering the Real Estate profession, I was a technology instructor for the Houston Public Library System, specializing in familiarizing seniors around the greater Houston area with word processing, spreadsheets and other commonly used applications and software. I am bilingual, fluent in reading, speaking and writing English and Spanish. With my background in technology I can assist you in a wide variety of methods for completing real estate transaction!

I grew up in the Houston area and served this community for 29 years as a First Responder. Real Estate extends my opportunity to continue serving the current and soon-to-be residents of Houston and the surrounding area. Through two major hurricanes, two Superbowls, and two World Series, I have seen what a fantastic region we live in and the amazingly diverse community that resides here. I joined Woodrow Realty because we have a love of serving not only our two-legged community but also our four-legged ones as well. As the owner of two rescue dogs, I understand the urgency of the animal rescue situation. As a member of this team, I have an opportunity to continue to help local animal rescue operations.
